I'd add Toy Story 3 to your definitely list. Saw it last night, and I would hardly even classify it as a kid's movie. It was funny in a way most kids wouldn't even understand, creepy and scary with regards to this installment's villains, and also an incredibly moving and sad meditation on giving up childhood things. I wept like crazy at the end.
If you liked the other two at all (I loved the first one, so-so on the second), I'd say definitely go see it; but do NOT pay extra for the 3-D. Not even remotely worth it. Will that trend ever die?
